School Fees Loan

  1. Maximum amount of Kshs. 1,000,000.
  2. Interest is charged at 1% per month on reducing balance.
  3. Recoverable within 24 months.
  4. Up to three (4) times one’s savings.
  5. Processed within one week.
  6. Approval by HR.

Quick Cash Loan

  1. Up to three (4) times the member’s deposits.
  2. Interest is charged at 15% straight line.
  3. Processed within 48 hours.
  4. Maximum limit of Kshs. 100,000 or as may be determined by the board from time to time.
  5. Recoverable within 6 months.
  6. Approval by HR.

Home Improvement Loan

  1. Up to three (4) times the member’s savings, subject to a maximum of Kshs. 300,000.
  2. Interest is charged at 13.8% reducing balance.
  3. Recoverable in 18 months.
  4. Processed within 48 hours.
  5. Approval by HR.

Cash Express Loan

  1. Maximum limit of Kshs. 100,000.
  2. Should not exceed 1/3 of net salary.
  3. Charged 12% straight line.
  4. Recoverable within 3 months.
  5. Approval by HRM.

Okoa Loan

  1. Maximum limit of Kshs. 20,000.
  2. Charged 15% straight line.
  3. Processed within 24 hours.
  4. Recoverable within 3 months.
  5. In case of non-repayment, recovery is from deposits.
  6. Default will lead to a ban of 6 months from accessing the product.

Holiday Loan

  1. Maximum limit of Kshs. 50,000.
  2. Charged 15% straight line.
  3. Processed within 24 hours.
  4. Recoverable within 6 months.
  5. In case of non-repayment, recovery is from deposits.
  6. Default will lead to a ban of 6 months from accessing the product.

Super Saver Loan

  1. Maximum loan of KES 2Million
  2. Repayment maximum period of 36months
  3. 10% interest rate p.a amortized
  4. Must have guarantors
  5. One must have a minimum of 500k as deposit
  6. Must be willing to to up monthly deposits to KES 20,000 per month

Karibu Loan

  1. Maximum limit of Kshs. 100,000.
  2. 1/3 of the loan will be detained by the SACCO as deposits.
  3. Charged 13% per annum reducing balance.
  4. Processed within 24 hours.
  5. Recoverable within 12 months.
  6. Approval by HRM.
